A bit about us and how we got started here at Ängebråten. Brad and I met in the summer of 2004.
We both have a strong love for animals. Brad is into horses and I show and train my Havanese. We had plenty of
room here at Ängebråten, so when someone asked us to watch their dog when they went away, we agreed. Next thing we knew,
we were watching many dogs. We turned our garden shed into a Hundpension and from there we took off. Our animals
keep us very busy. It is a pleasure in this life to be able to do something we both love.
We are both from the USA, but I met Brad when he was living here. We decided to be together so the next
move was for me to pack my bags and move. We both love it here very much and the pleasure we get from our farm, lake,
and animals just makes it all worth while.
Brad has a machine shop here on the farm. It is very unique and is run with machinery from the 1920's.
We try to enjoy life the old way. With both of us working here at home it also makes it easier to have the dogs.
Showing and enjoying my dogs is my passion. I have had Havanese for almost 13 years now. We have
also added a Rottweiler to our home.
